End Of Year Staff Schedule and Information

June 3:Thursday 

• Red carpet entry!

• 8:40am -We will all line the field on both sides of the track to perform the pledge of allegiance as one. Stay together as a class.

• Red carpet exit! Early Release 12:25pm

• Packing and cleaning up rooms

• 1PM join us out front to honor our Kinders (drive through parade)

• 2PM join us out front to honor our 5th graders

• Print yourTrue North Logic stuff (see quick way via Grimmett email)

June 4:Friday

• 8:30 am Breakfast -Pot Luck- Trying to get outside!

• Please bring something to share with your colleagues sign up HERE

• 9:00 am Brief Staff Meeting

• 10:00am

• Canvas building

• Room prep

• Transferring Google Classroom if applicable

• Check outs with Erin or Reasor

• Individual conferences with Reasor upon request

FACTS REMINDER: We will need to have rooms prepared/secured by Sunday, June 6th so FACTS can move in on Monday, June 7th.  Need help?  Coordinate with front office ahead of time and we will schedule assistance!  

The following rooms will be use by FACTS (for now):

Grades K & 1: 40, 42, 44, 45

Grades 2 & 3: Rooms 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 15
Grades 4-6: Rooms 24, 25, 27, 28, 31

Final Mustang Memo (6/4) will showcase new hires, our summer PD in restorative practices and summer communications.
