Congratulations Committee/Department Chairs!
- Restorative Practices/PBIS: Jennifer Carrozzino & Katie Krause
These teachers will support the implementation of the school-wide Restorative Practices program in collaboration with PBIS model, assure all teachers have PR and Sanford Harmony trainings and materials (book study), and run monthly meetings with the RP/PBIS practices. - Family and Staff Engagement Committee: Heather Overton
These teachers will coordinate Parent University (fall and spring +), assure Marshall has a parent representative at the district Parent Advisory Committee, communicate with our PTO, provide professional development for staff, and run monthly meetings with the Family Engagement Committee. Additionally, these staff committee members will actively engage in staff engagement opportunities monthly to contribute to Marshall awesome culture and community. - School Improvement/Leadership Team: Tamra Ayala
These teachers will work with community partners, Marshall Leadership Team and district personnel on Marshall's CNA (Comprehensive Needs Analysis), IAP (Integrated Action Plan) and budgetary planning, Monthly meetings with the Marshall Leadership Team will steer school-wide decisions and future planning. - Andrea Shaw - The Voice
As a reminder the Voice system was developed to provide all district regular status staff members with an equal opportunity to participate in the future direction of the district. Voice Committee members obtain and provide feedback to their respective locations regarding successes and opportunities for improvement that impact the positive success of every staff member. We are looking for one Classified Voice representative.
All committee meetings will begin mid to end of September.
Reminder: New Digital Citizenship Curriculum
The FUSD Digital Citizenship Curriculum has been revised for the 2021 school year. There is one required lesson at each grade level, 2-3 recommended lessons at each grade level, and a new online verification form to be completed by each staff member that teaches the curriculum with students.
