April Finale, Spirit Week, and More Appreciation!

Congratulations!
3th, 4th, and 5th grade teachers (and students)! You all completed a history making test year. Thank you, Russ and Amy for your leadership and impeccable coordination of the AzM2 & AzSci! Thank you, Emily G., Jolynne, Jolene, Angela, Mya, Rebecca, Heather, Vikki, Janea, Denise, and Bianca F. for supporting students during testing. The true team effort benefited all!

Can you believe it?
FIVE WEEKS completed in the concurrent teaching and learning model.  WOW! Less than six weeks to go. I know you are working harder than ever. I know you have stressors that reach far beyond the school day. I know you need more time. I know you continue “seeing and celebrating your students”. Your efforts, every single day, make a difference, an impact, more than you realize! With all you give to others, what have you done for yourself? As we are looking towards the end of the 20-21 school year, what have you learned about yourself? What new routines have you created during this school year that supports you?  What strengths did you find? What new colleagues, or team members have you learned from, and their guidance has made you stronger?  I am genuinely grateful for each day I open the doors of Marshall! Our students bring us so much joy, hope, laughter and a belief that our world will continue to change for the better. Thank you for all you are doing for our students and for each other. Keep going, keep hoping, keep growing. Together, we rise!  We are Marshall ElevatED!

Please help us all see what is happening behind the scenes!

~Thank you Ms. Fahy for preparing extra iPads and having them ready for testing days! ~Kasch and Hanno ~Thank you Russ and Amy! Thank you so much for navigating us through a crazy week of testing! ~ Fisher
~Thank you Marshall for celebrating Ms. Erin! We will continue to celebrate Ms. Christina this Wednesday! A thank you goes such a long way!
